چکیده
The heterovalent solid solution Sr 1-x Y x F 2+x with fluorite structure (sp. gr. Fm3m) can be synthesized in single-crystal and nanoceramic forms. Comparison of their electrical properties shows that nanoceramics have a higher ionic conductivity than single crystals the same composition. In state solution, migration mechanism dominates interstitial ions F' i bulk sample, ther is vacancy V o along grain boundaries sample. Using electrophysical structural data, we calculated mobility μ mob concentration n charge carriers crystal (a=0.5722 nm) ceramics (a=0.57442 composition 0.7 0.3 2.3 . defect (μ =4.5·10 -10 cm^2/(V·s) at 500 K) less vacancies by 140 times. =1.1·10 21 6.9·10 cm -3 (2.2 14.2% total number anions) for nanoceramics, respectively.
